Everette has extensive deal experience, most recently as a private equity investor at Atlas Holdings LLC. Prior to joining Atlas, he worked as an Investment Banking Associate in the Industrials Group at Goldman Sachs. He has advised dozens of corporate executives on strategic financial and capital allocation decisions, most notably, the $6bn+ spin-off separation of Crane Holdings Co. (NYSE: CR) into two publicly traded companies. As a banker and as an investor, Everette has managed several buyside M&A processes, including the acquisition of Herff Jones from Varsity Brands. Everette led the separation strategy and value creation plan for this complex carve-out and has the unique experience of working alongside an experienced, turn-around CEO.

Everette holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. in Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University, and a B.S. in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the United States Air Force Academy.
