Everette was deployed to combat as an Aide de Camp in support of Operation Freedom’s Sentinel and the NATO-led Resolute Support mission. As an Aide de Camp, he worked closely with general officers and observed their elite leadership frameworks and skills firsthand. It was a masterclass in high-stakes leadership.
