Keith is the Co-Chairman and CEO of Lullwater, a private holding company focusing on small business investing and operations. Lullwater invests in entrepreneurs changing the world, one small business at a time.

Keith is also the Co-Executive Chairman and CEO of Apex Physics Partners, which provides expert, patient-focused, and relationship-driven partnerships that empower patient care. The mission at Apex Physics Partners is to transform the health and safety of its communities by providing comprehensive medical physics and radiation safety solutions to its clients throughout the country. Keith previously served as President of Krueger-Gilbert Health Physics, Inc., where he directed the company’s strategy, operations, finance, and administration. Keith is a board member at Palatiumcare.

Keith received his JD from Columbia Law School, and is a graduate of Emory University.
